Minimum Requirements
Corporate Health Insurance Solutions specializes in group health insurance plans designed for organizations and their employees. To be eligible for our health insurance coverage, you’ll need to have:
- A minimum of two eligible W-2 employees who each work at least 30 hours per week, excluding the business owner and their spouse.

The open enrollment period for small groups is between 11/15/2025 – 12/15/2025. Pricing is immediately available, so starting your quote takes no time at all. Make sure you submit your information before December 10th, so we have time to process it before the cut-off.
In addition to small groups, we can service and quote large groups containing 50 or more full-time equivalent employees, so please reach out to us for a quote. We also provide ACA reporting for large groups.
